Tal Dean McAbian is an international citizen who has been immersed in media and entertainment since adolescence. Commencing with the production and licensing of motorsports programs while still in high school, by the time he graduated California State University Northridge Mr. McAbian was a well-known and respected figure in the production and licensing communities. He earned degrees in business management and marketing degrees as well as political science from an overseas exchange program. Working for Powersports Productions, an entrepreneurial family business established in 1983, he directed various business initiatives including the expansion of the company?s overseas production and distribution activities. Powersports has co-produced a wide range of programming with over sixty partners from more than thirty countries, mostly public broadcasters, commercial networks and multi-national media conglomerates. While still maintaining his position and responsibilities as Executive Vice President at Powersports, Tal Dean McAbian also oversaw and managed many of the company?s and his family?s other growing entertainment?related partnerships including: launching several highly successful North American televised direct response campaigns, establishing a domestic video distribution company in France, managing a production and licensing partnership in China, operating the family?s growing syndication business in the Middle East, and helming a Los Angeles-based feature film production and licensing company. Born in London, England on April 2, 1969 and now living in the Los Angeles suburbs, Tal Dean McAbian is married, has one child born in August 2005 and three dogs. His brother, Adi Jacob McAbian, is co-founder and Managing Director of Twistbox Entertainment.
