Digital Fortnight: Over the past two weeks we loved...
Music Ally - July 23, 2009
We loved the trend for artist-focused iPhone apps that aren't just about one-way promotion. Soulja Boy launched an app that lets fans remix three of his songs then share their mixes on Facebook, while David Bowie got a Space Oddity app that lets you mess about with eight stems of the song. It's good to see apps getting more interactive, rather than simply pumping news and iTunes Store links at fans.
