(PANAMA CITY BEACH, FLA) - Naidip Capital and Ativas Development Group have selected two of the world's best architecture and landscape design firms, Arquitectonica (www.arqintl.com) and SWA Group (www.swagroup.com), to create the Solimar Resort and Spa, a signature mixed-use development project that will promote a new vision for Panama City Beach as an international luxury travel and living destination. The project will also be the city's largest luxury beachfront development to date.
